What you should know before you go
If you intend to visit the wetland, visit the Evros Delta Information Center, where the authorised area conditions will be explained.
The area belongs to the European Network of Protected Areas NATURA 2000, the world’s largest protected areas network.
Respect for the fauna and flora of the area always has a primary role during our presence there.
